A large selection of diagrams and clarifying exercises demonstrate how to best utilize the tools to successfully minimize defects throughout the production process. I have read other books on ss – as i’m preparing for my ASQ ss green belt – but havent found them to be more in depth than this, especially on the technical side. Would you like to tell us about a lower price?
